Why does Youtube have a bunch of stupid videos and comments?

I like Youtube (good videos only) but not bad videos or comments. I see this a lot post this comment on 20 different videos and you will get a happy life. On some videos they use cussing and make some videos in an inappropriate way. Is there any way I can block just the inappropriate stuff?

1. No. People are entitled to their freedom of speech on youtube.
2. You tube like anything else on line let's you say what ever is on your mind without anyone knowing who you are so people go ahead and say things they would never say to anyone in their face in public. I think it's stupid too, I only leave stupid or negative comments if I can back them up with facts from the video.
